The P&ID’s, DG01-MN-GDB-RB4-0020-DEM and P2-DG01-MN-GDB-WE4-0020-DEM shall be referred for Phase-1 and Phase-2 respectively for the seawater interconnection demolition scope of work. Scope of Work describes the proposed replacement of ONE (1) Effluent Transfer Pump in Hida Station/STP Al Hassa including accessories, cabling and fittings as shown in the plans and specified herein or as required for a complete operating system at RSTP plant. Removal and replacement of existing/old pump including with their local push button switches. Removal and replacement of existing suction and discharge piping. Removal and replacement of old/existing check valves and mixing valve. Installation of contractor supplied transfer pump as shown on the proposed drawings. Removal and replacement of old existing , starter, breakers, contactors, cables and conduits and other electrical accessories feeding existing pump up to the local control station (LCS) panel. As per the one line diagram. Repair and or replace damaged piping in the transfer line. Contractor shall check the required foundation dimensions for the new pump and do necessary modifications as required. Piping Work, Electrical Work, Painting and Coating Work. Responsible for the pump-motor alignment, all testing, commissioning and star-up, including request, reports, personnel and equipment required. The whole replacement shall be in accordance with the applicable Saudi Aramco Standards, Specifications and Procedures.

Scope of Work describes the replacement of sluice gates assembly as specified herein or as required for a complete operating system at STP plant. The whole replacement shall be in accordance with the applicable Saudi Aramco Standards, Specifications and Procedures. Chip-off completely the top surface of affected pad or concreted segment of the tank to expose existing re-bars. Bores for new anchor bolts embedment shall likewise be ready. Contractor shall modify the existing pad or civil structure or
support as required by the sluice/slide gate assembly. The contractor shall chip-off the upper portion of the affected concrete segment to expose all re-bars and weld the new re-bars to the existing. All re-bars shall epoxy coated and tied with coated tie wire. Concrete foundation extension shall be cast in adequate form and dimensions based on the new structural steel base.
Scope of Work describes the full restoration of the backwash filter, and its instrumentation system and other accessories, piping, cabling and fittings as shown in the plans and specified herein or as required for a complete operating system at STP plant. CONTRACTOR shall repair /restore all damaged concrete or civil structure or support as required. The contractor shall excavate, replenish , clean and restore the chamber structure. The Contractor shall perform all required electrical works as per the drawing and scope of works. The whole project shall be in accordance with the applicable Saudi Aramco Standards, Specifications and Procedures. Provide and install appropriate support, frames , pipes, valves and fittings to reconnect the to the corresponding mechanical, structural and electrical connection and interface. The old controller system shall be replaced with a new controller system. Provide and Install electrical equipment to facilitate servicing, maintenance, and repair or replacement of equipment components. As much as practical, connect equipment for ease of disconnecting, with minimal interference with other installations. Completely terminate all power and control cables and all existing control/instrument cables with all ends marked. Installation of contractor supplied new part of new piping , valves, fittings, supports and other appurtenances. FINAL INSPECTION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING.
Demolition and installation of Mechanical Screen Mechanism with electrical, instrumentation. Cutting the pipe, GRP jointing /lamination of the pipe, Equipment Mobilization. The scope of work covers supply, installation, testing & commissioning of all piping, Valves etc.This project will involve the installation and lamination of a GRP pipeline system, including the supply of DN150 mm (400 m) and DN400 mm (6 m) pipes, along with necessary jointing and consumables. Additionally, patch work will be carried out on existing pipes (DN150 mm and DN400 mm) over an area of 50 square meters. The work will include site preparation, pipeline installation, lamination, quality control, and safety. The project is expected to be completed.
The vendor will conduct an on-site assessment of a 3000 mm diameter, 1800 mm height GRP tank to evaluate the extent of damage. Following the assessment, the vendor will submit a detailed proposal outlining the necessary repairs, including lamination of approximately 5 square meters of damaged areas, nozzle plate repair, and pipe support reinstallation and lamination.

The whole replacement shall be in accordance with the applicable Saudi Aramco Standards, Specifications and Procedures.
